• Eligible products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging.

• For hygiene and quality assurance, products showing signs of use may not qualify for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

• Our support team will provide a priority resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be approved.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited automatically after approval.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
